Our Commissioning Strategy is our plan for how we commission, develop, and provide adult secure mental health services within our locality.

Looking ten years ahead, the strategy sets out how we will ensure the secure services we commission meet the needs of our population in an efficient, effective and sustainable way, and details our key programmes of work.

Key for us, is making secure adult mental health care more local, connected, and efficient, whilst ensuring patients get the least restrictive support they need, closer to home.

Resulting from an extensive period of analysis and engagement across our provider network, the strategy considers the views of our patients and staff, detailing how we will work to improve services for all within our care of the next ten years.
