Working together to deliver low and medium secure mental health care Making secure adult mental health care more local, connected, and efficient Ensuring patients receive the least restrictive support they need, closer to home Improving community services and care pathways for patients

The For Me Provider Collaborative is a partnership of seven mental health service providers (NHS trusts and independent sector providers) working across five Integrated Care Systems, with a total population of around 5.5 million people.

Delivering safe, inclusive and recovery‑focused secure mental health care

Working together across the provider collaborative, we are strengthening secure mental health services to ensure people receive compassionate, high‑quality care that meets their mental and physical health needs.

By investing in our workforce, improving pathways and transitions, addressing inequalities and supporting recovery, we are developing safer services and better outcomes for people in secure care and the communities they return to.

Our vision

Our vision is that those receiving these services and the clinicians delivering them, will have greater influence and involvement in service delivery. This, in turn, will enable us to reinvest funding into improved community services and care pathways for people and their families.
